Had a fantastic stay with amazing views of the York Minster from my room. The staff were exceptionally friendly, offering helpful recommendations and assistance throughout our visit. The included breakfast had a great variety of options that were both delicious and well-prepared. street noise at night was a bit bothersome, which may affect light sleepers.

The location boasts breathtaking views of the Minster, making it easy to navigate the city. The super king-sized bed in the spacious room was incredibly comfortable, complemented by welcoming staff and outstanding service. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly baked croissants and a diverse menu that catered to our child’s wishes. the room felt slightly smaller than anticipated, and the curtain didn’t adequately block out light during the day.

I had a two-night stay at Dean Court Hotel and truly appreciated the location. Right beside York Minster, it couldn’t have been better for sightseeing. The staff impressed me with their approachability and knowledge about the area. They even helped with suggestions for places to eat. The valet parking was convenient yet came with an additional charge. My room was large, clean, and maintained many original features, which gave it a charming character. The bed felt cozy, ensuring great sleep. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of choices, from fruits to hot food. However, the air conditioning in my room was bothersome, not providing adequate comfort during warmer weather. The restaurant service felt a bit slow on busy days, which detracted from what could have been a flawless dining experience. My room had a beautiful view, yet the noise from the street at night disrupted my sleep, particularly on the weekends. I would still consider returning due to the fantastic location and friendly staff.
